Exchange Service


If the item is not to your expectation or if the size is unsuitable, you may exchange the item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Simply write us an email, stating your reason of exchange, the replacement item and your preferred method of exchange.

Rules of Exchange:

1. Original Condition. The return item must be in its original condition and not worn, torn, soiled, stained or washed. Please also ensure that the woven brand label remains intact.

2. Re-Sellable. The return item must be sent back in its original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.

3. Replacement Item. Item for replacement is subjected to stock availability. You may also select different items if the preferred sizes are not available for the clothing in question.

4. Non-Refundable in Cash. Please accept our apologies as we do not refund any return items in cash or credit value. You are allowed to exchange for a different item and top-up the difference if any. We will also not refund the balance in terms of cash or credit should the new replacement be of lesser amount but you can purchase another item with the balance value.

5. On-Spot-Purchase. Not applicable for on-spot-purchase (e.g. during showroom visit). Please check your purchase before you pay and leave.

6. Defective Items. Stylish Mum2be reserves the right to determine what constitutes a defective item.

7. Maternity Lingerie. Please note that for hygiene reason, no exchange serivce is offered for maternity lingerie.



Methods of Exchange:

1. By Mail. You may send the item back to us and your replacement item will then be mailed out after our audit approval. All postage charges (2-ways) are at your cost and the replacement item is subjected to condition of returned item and stock availability.

2. Visit our showroom. Alternatively, we can come down to our showroom for exchange. You may select another different item in replace.
